Hardly anything is as powerful as the perception of one’s own body. Thoughts become still, we meet life where it happens: in the moment.
Our creative source also only bubbles in the present. Focusing on what was, or perhaps will be, causes it to dry up. We cannot think creativity, aliveness and connectedness, we have to explore them with our intuition and experience them with our senses.
This is exactly what we practice in Soul Motion. In a held atmosphere we reconnect to our body sensations and the movement impulses that arise in contact with the music. We recognize that a great treasure lies in the compassionate perception of the other dancers. When we meet each other without judgement, sincerely from person to person, something can grow in us that allows us to be more deeply at home in ourselves and in the world.
No previous experience is necessary.
Standard Fee: 20 €
Reduced Fee: 15 €
Supporter Fee: 25 €

Note on the pricing structure:
The regular fee is the regular fee for the session.
The reduced rate is for dancers that cannot afford the standard rate
The supporter fee is intended for people with greater financial means. By paying a higher rate they support in this way participants with a small budget so that they can pay the reduced rate.
Until 24h before the session you can cancel your registration once and move it to another date.
We strongly recommend to book your place at the class online beforehand, as sometimes the classes are booked out. Should you nevertheless decide to come without registration, please bring your exact fee in cash with you.

We start promptly. The dance space opens about 15 Min before the start of the session. Please be on time as doors will be closed once we have begun.
